Tribunal Appointed Manager
Currently, there is an increased demand for a Tribunal appointed Manager – that’s a Manager appointed by the First-tier Tribunal (Property Chamber) … previously known as the Leasehold Valuation Tribunal or LVT.
Bernie Wales is receiving regular requests from leaseholders where there are severe management problems – particularly where the ‘Right to Manage’ process has run into difficulties and stalled.
Before you can apply to the Tribunal for the Appointment of a Manager, you must serve a Preliminary Notice. Click here to download a template.

- Montpelier Road W5 2011
- Romford Road E7 2011
- Albion Yard 2004
- Damien Court 2003
